Right of Withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal.

You may use the sample Withdrawal Form provided on the website for this purpose.
Alternatively, you may declare your withdrawal using the electronic button provided on the website with the clear label Withdraw from Contract. In this case, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send or submit the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the relevant deadline expires.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods
that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
Consequences of Withdrawal.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your declaration of withdrawal.
We do not refund any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return of Goods.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Compensation for Diminished Value.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if that diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functioning.
